Olympic gold medalist in sailing turned Crossfit competitor Anna Tunnicliffe is the head trainer at her gym in Lebanon, PA. She has competed in three Crossfit Games and is aiming for another attempt to break her own records.  Anna explains the sport of Crossfit, what's involved in training with the variety of workouts and the opportunities for competition.

Great Britain's 2012 Olympic Games Silver Medalist Samantha Murray @samanthamurray is back in training following the recent World Championships with an eye to qualifying for the 2016 Olympic Games and shares her plans in the sport and beyond. Britain's Youth A Pentathlete 18 year old Georgina ('George') Summers @george7summers is one of five girls involved in the sport and is already making her mark as she aims for the 2015 Youth A World Championships in Argentina, and we hear from her mother Fiona on what it's like to raise five daughters in a multi-discipline sport.

The Olympic sport of Handball is featured on this episode with Reita Clanton who was a member of the US Team that finished fourth in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games, and Sarah Gascon, Captain of the U.S. Team @USATH. Aussie Stingers goalkeeper Lea Yanitsas, 26, and Chloe Barr, 20, have just returned from the FINA World League Super Finals in Shanghai, China with a silver medal following a 7-8 defeat by the USA.
