Rashad Washington was talented in both basketball and football finishing his City League basketball career in 1999 as the fourth leading scorer in league history.  He was also a Eagle top 11 football player who went to Kansas State on a football scholarship and was selected in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL draft. Rashad played for the New York Jets from 2004 to 2007.
