-2022 will be the first losing season of Mike Tomlin’s career

-The winner of the Eagles/Cowboys game in Week 6 will be the eventual NFC East winner
-Matt Rhule will be fired as head coach of the Panthers before the end of the 2022 season
4. Cowboys at Rams
-The Super Bowl hangover is VERY real for the Rams, especially on offense. They have been outscored 44-3 in the fourth quarter in the season and outside of Cooper Kupp, nobody in the passing game seems to be stepping up. Why do you think this is the case for what’s usually been one of the NFL’s more reliable units in recent years?
-For reasons aside from Micah Parsons, why does this Cowboys defense seem to have taken another big step forward?
-Key matchups: Aaron Donald vs. Cowboys iOL, Tre’Von Diggs vs. Cooper Kupp, Jalen Ramsey vs. CeeDee Lamb
-Picks
5. Raiders at Chiefs
-Should Josh McDaniels make Josh Jacobs and the ground game the focal point of his offensive game plan against the Chiefs in order to pull off the upset?
-Why do you think this Chiefs defense, who has tended to start out slow under Steve Spagnuolo, has had such an excellent start to the season?
-Key matchups: Maxx Crosby vs. Andrew Wylie, Chandler Jones vs. Orlando Brown, Jr., Chris Jones vs. Raiders iOL
6. Picks for the remaining Week 5 games
-Colts at Broncos

2. Is it time to place Lamar Jackson in the elite tier of QB's?

4. Truth or Exaggeration
-It is almost time to panic about Russell Wilson and the Broncos offense
-The Bears have failed Justin Fields
-The 49ers BADLY miss Mike McDaniel
-The Bills should no longer be AFC favorites
-The Raiders are the best 0-3 team in modern NFL history
-Should Mac Jones miss a lot of time, the Patriots will be picking in the top-15, or even the top-12 of the 2023 NFL Draft
-Nick Sirianni is already a top-10 NFL head coach
5. Jaguars at Eagles
-How well do you think this Jaguars defense matches up with the high-flying Eagles offense?
-Do you think Philly just might have the best WR combo in the NFL outside of Miami?
-Key matchups: Josh Allen/Travon Walker vs. Jordan Mailata/Lane Johnson, Christian Kirk/Zay Jones vs. Darius Slay/James Bradberry, James Robinson vs. Eagles DL
-Picks
6. Bills at Ravens
-If Jordan Poyer cannot play in this game, will the absence of him and Micah Hyde be felt even more against the Ravens than it was against the Dolphins?
-The Ravens pass defense has picked up where it left off last year as it ranks dead last in the NFL through the first three weeks. Based on what you saw from them last week against the Patriots, just how big of a mismatch do they have on their hands with Josh Allen and the lethal Bills aerial attack coming to town?
-Key matchups: Josh Allen vs. Marcus Williams/Kyle Hamilton, Von Miller vs. Daniel Faalele
-Picks
7. Picks for the remaining Week 4 games
-Dolphins at Bengals
-Saints at Vikings
-Seahawks at Lions
-Bears at Giants

-GOAT of the Week (DKrom: Lions G Dan Skipper, Hal: Jags DC Mike Caldwell)
-DUNCE of the Week (DKrom: Cleveland Browns, Hal: Chandler Jones)
2. PANIC OR PATIENCE
-Bengals: PANIC
-Colts: PANIC
-Raiders: PATIENCE
-Titans: PANIC
3. Truth or Exaggeration
-Micah Parsons will win 2022 NFL DPOY honors
-Amon-Ra St. Brown is already a top 10 WR in the NFL
-Jalen Hurts will be considered by most as a top-10 QB by season's end
-The 49ers are a FAR better team with Jimmy Garoppolo under center than with Trey Lance under center
-Given the disastrous start of the Nathaniel Hackett experiment, the Denver Broncos should be keeping a VERY close eye Sean Payton’s situation
-The New York Jets will win 6-7 games this season
-The Miami Dolphins are a serious threat to win the AFC East
4. Bills at Dolphins
-According to TruMedia Sports, the Bills defense has registered the second highest pressure rate in the NFL (at 41.6% of drop-backs)...while blitzing just three times!! Do you think this is THE recipe for stopping this offensive juggernaut that Mike McDaniel seems to be building in Miami?
-What do you think the better mismatch weapon is…size or speed? Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle definitely make a strong case it’s the latter
-Key matchups: Jaylen Waddle/Tyreek Hill versus Bills LB’s/safeties, Stefon Diggs vs. Xavien Howard, Von Miller vs. Greg Little
-Picks
5. Packers at Bucs
-Are we really looking at an Aaron Rodgers/Tom Brady clash that turns out to be a low-scoring, defensive slugfest?

-Picks:
6. Picks for the remaining Week 3 games

-Jaguars at Chargers
-49ers at Broncos

-Hal: Cardinals WR Greg Dortch tops 200 receiving yards and scores 3 TD's
8. CHALLENGE FLAGS
-DKrom: Arthur Smith, FEED KYLE PITTS
-Hal: Nathaniel Hackett & Russell Wilson, TURN IT AROUND!!
1. Week 1 Reactions
-Biggest Lesson Learned (DKrom: Long Snappers Matter, Hal: What was going on in the AFC South?)
-GOAT of the Week (DKrom: Brian Daboll, Hal: Jalen Hurts & Nick Sirianni)
-DUNCE of the Week (DKrom: Nathaniel Hackett, Hal: Atlanta Falcons)
2. Barring a slew of significant injuries, should anything less than a Lombardi Trophy in 2022 be considered an absolute failure for the Bills?
3. Do you think the Cowboys are making a mistake by rushing Dak Prescott back with such an injury, especially given the inept supporting cast he now has?
4. Truth or Exaggeration
-Justin Jefferson will lead the NFL in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving TD’s in 2022 a la Cooper Kupp last season in a Kevin O’Connell offense
-The New York Giants will start the season 4-0
-The Rams, in large part due to their OL issues, will not win the NFC West this season
-The Houston Texans and the Chicago Bears will be a tough out for any team this season
-Cardinals DC Vance Joseph severely damaged his status as a prospective head-coaching candidate with his ludicrous game plan to constantly blitz Patrick Mahomes
5. Chargers at Chiefs
-Can you see the Chargers using the “rush three, drop eight” approach on Thursday night for at least some snaps?
-A few weeks ago, Patrick Mahomes told reporters that fantasy owners couldn’t depend on Chiefs WR’s this season because each week, somebody different would be the main guy. Which one of those wideouts do you think will be his best friend against a Chargers defense that might be getting J.C. Jackson back this week? Does the unpredictability of who he’ll be targeting each week somehow make this Chiefs offense equally as dangerous as the Tyreek Hill years?
-Key matchups: Chris Jones vs. Corey Linsley/Zion Johnson et al, George Karlaftis/Frank Clark vs. Trey Pipkins, Khalil Mack vs. Andrew Wylie, Mike Williams/Josh Palmer et al vs. Jaylen Watson (7th-round rookie from Washington State)
-Picks
6. Picks for the remaining Week 2 games
-Jets at Browns
-Commanders at Lions
-Bucs at Saints
-Panthers at Giants
-Patriots at Steelers
-Colts at Jaguars
-Dolphins at Ravens
-Falcons at Rams
-Texans at Broncos
-Cardinals at Raiders
-Seahawks at 49ers
-Bengals at Cowboys
-Bears at Packers
-Titans at Bills
-Vikings at Eagles
7. BOLD PREDICTIONS
-DKrom: Texans beat Broncos 31-20. Difference in the game is Broncos drive the ball inside the five twice in the second half…and both drives end up in pick-6’s (one by Derek Stingley, Jr., the other by Jalen Pitre)
-Hal: Trevor Lawrence totals 5 TD’s (4 pass, 1 rush) and 400 yards (375 passing yards, 25 rushing yards)
8. CHALLENGE FLAGS
-DKrom: Sean McVay, get more unpredictable on first down
-Hal: Kevin Stefanski and Cleveland Browns…keep running Chubb and Hunt 30+ times a game and win every winnable game
1. Do you think Russell Wilson’s contract extension was the best possible deal for both him and the Broncos?
2. Did the 49ers make the right decision to keep Jimmy Garoppolo as the backup to Trey Lance?
3. Could Tyron Smith’s injury end up being the difference between the Cowboys winning the NFC East and the Eagles winning it?
4. Truth or Exaggeration
-It is almost time to be in panic mode about Mac Jones and the Patriots offense
-Bears fans should be VERY encouraged by the progress Justin Fields has made as evidenced by his strong performance in the preseason finale against the Browns
-The Tennessee Titans will finish in third place in the AFC South this season behind the Colts and Jaguars
-The Packers will make a deep playoff run on the shoulders of a top-three defense in nearly every key metric
-The porous and (dare I say) despicable way the Bills handled the Matt Araiza situation will provide a rallying cry for their opponents all season long
5. Bills at Rams
-How much can Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyerhelp mask the Bills current deficiencies at corner, especially on the boundary?
-This game also features two of the game’s top-six WR’s in Stefon Diggs and Cooper Kupp. However, they each have a running mate that I think will really shine. We obviously just mentioned Allen Robinson, but Gabriel Davis, he who caught 4 TD’s in that epic playoff thriller at Kansas City, could be just as potent this season. Is it fair to expect big games out of both on Thursday night?
-Key matchups: Diggs/Ramsey, Rob Havenstein or Joe Noteboom/Von Miller, Bills iOL/Aaron Donald
-Picks
6. Raiders at Chargers
- Do you anticipate Josh McDaniels going with a strictly horizontal passing game in order to overcome that massive mismatch up front between the Raiders offensive line and the Chargers pass rush?
-If Josh Palmer becomes that viable third receiving option in Justin Herbert’s arsenal, will the Chargers offense be nearly unstoppable this season?
-Key matchups: Rashawn Slater/Chandler Jones or Maxx Crosby, Derwin James/Darren Waller
-Picks
7. Bucs at Cowboys
- Do you think it would be best if the Cowboys sign Jason Peters and keep rookie Tyler Smith inside at guard for now?
-How worried should Bucs fans and Brady fantasy owners be about the current state of the Tampa O-Line?
-Key matchups: Zack Martin and Cowboys iOL/Vita Vea, Akiem Hicks, Logan Hall, Donovan Smith/Micah Parsons, Tristan Wirfs/Sam Williams
-Picks
8. Picks for the remaining Week 1 games
-49ers at Bears
-Eagles at Lions
-Steelers at Bengals
-Ravens at Jets
-Patriots at Dolphins
-Colts at Texans
-Jaguars at Commanders
-Saints at Falcons
-Browns at Panthers
-Giants at Titans
-Packers at Vikings
-Chiefs at Cardinals
-Broncos at Seahawks
9. BOLD PREDICTIONS
-DKrom: Baker Mayfield throws for over 250 yards and 3 TD passes, including a game-winner on the final play of regulation to get revenge on the Browns
-Hal: Mitchell Trubisky 150+ passing yards and 3 TD passes (all to George Pickens)
10. CHALLENGE FLAGS
-DKrom: Officials, TONE DOWN on the careless taunting calls. Let the players be themselves in most of those situations
-Hal: Trey Lance…prove me wrong!!!!
1. What are your thoughts on the NFL/NFLPA settlement on an 11-game suspension for Deshaun Watson?
2. Biggest Takeaways from Week 1 of Preseason
-DKrom: Seahawks rookie class looks VERY special
-Hal: Kenny Pickett shines, Zach Wilson gets hurt
3. If Zach Wilson shows little to no progress this season, should the Jets HIGHLY prioritize selecting a QB with their 2023 first-round pick?
4. If Kenny Pickett maintains this efficient level of play these next two weeks, should that be enough for the Steelers to make him Trubisky’s backup to start the season?
5. How encouraged should the Broncos be about their options at the third WR spot with Tim Patrick out for the season?
6. The other big take-away from that game was the remarkable lack of discipline shown by the Cowboys, who committed a whopping 17 penalties. If this issue continues to rear its ugly head this season, is Mike McCarthy gone regardless of Sean Payton’s availability in 2023?
7. Trevor Lawrence makes the giant year 2 leap we all expect and if the defense consistently plays 1/10th of the way they played against the Browns last weekend, will the Jaguars be a legit candidate to go from worst-to-first?
8. Does Baker Mayfield, who is now 100% healthy, give the Panthers a respectable chance at a Wild Card playoff berth this season?
9. Truth or Exaggeration:
-Tyrod Taylor will replace Daniel Jones as the Giants starting QB by Week 8 or sooner
-Travis Jones will lead the Ravens in sacks this season
-Baron Browning will make Bradley Chubb expendable for the Broncos
-If the Bears trade Roquan Smith, Jaquan Brisker immediately becomes the best player on their defense
-Dameon Pierce will rush for 900+ yards and 8-9 TD
-Aaron Jones will catch 80+ passes for the Packers this season
-Malik Willis will start multiple games at QB for the Titans this year
-George Karlaftis will be in the DROY conversation by the end of the year
1. Did the NFL do the right thing by appealing Judge Robinson’s decision on a six-game suspension for Deshaun Watson?
2. If Romeo Doubs makes plays on the playing field these next three weeks, can you see him eventually becoming the Packers WR1 at some point this season?
3. Several on Twitter mentioned a hypothetical trade with in which the Bears send Roquan Smith and their 2023 fifth-round pick to Pittsburgh for Chase Claypool, a 2023 second-round pick and a 2023 fourth-round pick. If the Steelers offered anything remotely close to such a package, would you accept that offer if you’re Ryan Poles?
4. Help us make some sense here and give us some more context as to what’s going on in Foxboro right now
5. How concerned are you about Matthew Stafford’s health throughout the course of this season?
6. If Kenny Pickett is unable to leapfrog Rudolph for backup QB job in the preseason, how alarmed should the Steelers be, especially considering they spent a first-round pick on Pickett this past spring?
7. What are your thoughts on the new Broncos ownership group?
8. TRUTH OR EXAGGERATION
-Barring injury or unexpected bad play, Patrick Surtain II will be seen by many as a top-three corner by season’s end
-The Bills lack of proven cornerback depth behind Tre’Davious White, who’s coming off a torn ACL, will be the thing that prevents them from winning Super Bowl LVII, let alone making it to the big game
-Skyy Moore will become Patrick Mahomes’ favorite WR to throw to at some point this season
-The deep and talented Philadelphia Eagles will win the NFC East in 2022
-The Chargers will have a top-five scoring offense AND scoring defense in 2022
-The New Orleans Saints are a legitimate threat to the Bucs in the NFC South
-2022 will be a season in reverse for the Cardinals, as they’ll start slow and finish strong given the six-game suspension of DeAndre Hopkins
-2022 will be Trevor Lawrence’s massive breakout campaign

2. What does it mean to you as a woman of color that the new Broncos ownership group includes Mellody Hobson and Condoleezza Rice?
3. What are the main responsibilities of a Cloud Alliance Manager?
4. You were a Dallas Mavericks dancer. What was that experience like? Even though you’re just a few months into your DBC tenure, what are some of the differences you already notice between being an NBA Dancer and being an NFL Cheerleader?
5. How much more exciting and special does getting to cheer for Russell Wilson make your DBC rookie season? What other Broncos players are you excited to watch this season?
6. This Or That

-Who would you like to spend a day with, Dirk Nowitzki or Luka Doncic?
-What type of food would you rather serve at a party, BBQ or seafood?
-Where would you rather travel to, Europe or Asia?
-Favorite DBC uniform, chaps or skirt?
7. One of the blessings of becoming a Denver Broncos Cheerleader is that it gives you a platform to promote causes that are near and dear to your heart. What causes do you intend to use that platform to promote?

9. Do you see the example of the special bond between you and your teammates as a small but significant part of the bulwark needed to overcome the surge in bigotry, nationalism, intolerance and autocracy?
1. SECOND-YEAR QB’s
-Now with Urban Meyer gone and Doug Pederson now running the show in Duval County, do you expect to see the Week 18 version of Trevor Lawrence for the vast majority of the 2022 season?
-Based on your film study of him, what single aspect of his game MUST Wilson improve dramatically in order to have a successful sophomore pro campaign?
-Based on what you saw from Trey Lance on film in his two 2021 starts, do you think he is anywhere near close to ready to take command of the Niners offense?
-In terms of realistic expectations, how would you characterize a successful 2022 campaign for Justin Fields?
-How confident are you that Mac Jones, at least for the most part, will avoid the dreaded sophomore slump?
2. THE OLD LIONS
-Schematically speaking, how would you anticipate Matt LaFleur and Aaron Rodgers to work around the limitations of their WR room this season?
-Do you think that’s a smart bet to take the under on the Bucs 2022 O/U Vegas win total of 11.5?
3. THE WILD WEST
-Do you anticipate little-to-no drop-off from Mahomes and the offense and how do you think the Chiefs will compensate for the loss of Tyreek Hill?
-Do you think that Brandon Staley can afford to “take the points” at similar times this season, especially since he’s going to have a defense that is far more equipped to protect a lead?
-Despite their question marks and shortcomings, I’m still not ready to say that the Broncos or Raiders are clearly the worst team in the division…and I still would not be shocked out of my shoes if either team finish first or second in the division. What do YOU think the key is to such a finish for Denver and Las Vegas?
4. HURTS/TUA
-Two teams that have assembled deep and talented rosters for this season and beyond are the Dolphins and Eagles. Both teams have caches of offensive playmakers that keep defensive coordinators up at night, deep defensive fronts and star-studded cornerback tandems. But neither team’s QB situation inspires that much confidence. I don’t intend to be mean here as I hope both QB’s have elite seasons and prove me wrong, but which of the two QB’s do you think caps their respective team’s ceiling the most, Jalen Hurts or Tua Tagovailoa?
5. KYLER WITHOUT HOPKINS
-What is the best way for Kyler Murray and Kliff Kingsbury to overcome DeAndre Hopkins’ absence in the first six games of the season?
6. AFC NORTH
-How good of a chance do you think Kenny Pickett has to be the man under center for the Steelers in Week 1? Who wins the Steelers QB competition in training camp/preseason?
-Are the Ravens a great bet to win the AFC North in 2022?
-Where exactly can this Bengals offensive line end up relative to the rest of the league and how much will Burrow’s absence harm their ability to improve cohesion?
7. THE CHAMPS AND THE FAVORITES
-Two players who are almost as important as Von Miller in being that final puzzle piece in Buffalo are Ed Oliver and Gregory Rousseau. Of those two, which one would you anticipate becoming the Robin to Von’s Batman?
-What does Allen Robinson bring to the Rams offense that neither OBJ nor Robert Woods did?
1. Giants
-Explain why you had Kayvon Thibodeaux at the top EDGE on your board
-Given Evan Neal’s high floor/ceiling combination and the progress Thomas made last season, can you see the Giants having a top-five OT combo within the next 2-3 seasons?
-Why do you think the Giants took Wan’Dale Robinson that high?
-The Giants had two third-round picks at 67 and 81 overall. With those selections, they took North Carolina G Joshua Ezeudu and LSU CB CorDale Flott. Which one of those two is more likely, in your view, to become a long-term contributor for the Giants?
2. Commanders
-Was there a sizable gap between Chris Olave and Jahan Dotson that warranted them staying put and taking the former, or was the trade down and subsequent selection of Dotson warranted?
-Do you think Phidarian Mathis has the ability to make Payne expendable?
-Can you see Brian Robinson, Jr. siphoning away short-yardage and goal line carries from Antonio Gibson this season?
3. Eagles
-Outside of Baltimore, was there a better situation than Philly for Jordan Davis to end up in?
-By adding A.J. Brown to an offensive skill group that includes DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert, do the Eagles now boast a top 5-10 receiving corps?
-Do you think it’s very possible Cam Jurgens has equally as good of a career as Tyler Linderbaum?
-Do you think Nakobe Dean will prove doubters wrong and have a long, productive career?

-What makes Sam Williams such an intriguing talent and how soon will the Cowboys feel his impact in that pass rush?
