On this episode of the Property Hustlers, we were joined by Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Investment Strategist Coach Andrew Cowe.

During the pandemic, Andrew worked as a travel sales consultant and found himself wanting to do something more so he switched his career path to become a Canadian real estate investor. At first, Andrew wondered things like; should I leave my job and should I take the risk but after starting in real estate and making changes in your life, there was no turning back.

With Andrew's first investment property he reached out to friends and family for help and was able to raise 1.3 million dollars and was able to secure his first property. He preaches that your network is your net worth and that he wouldn't have been able to do it without help from his friends and family. As he became more educated in real estate investment strategies he wanted to get out of the Toronto real estate bubble and started looking into properties in Moncton New Brunswick Canada real estate.

When it comes to being a real estate coach and teaching the technical side of things, Andrew starts off by teaching that keeping a positive mindset and having a positive mentality is so important. He says that you have to achieve a strong mindset and winning mentality before even getting to the technical aspect. With all that in mind, it will help you form a strong power team that will assist you in the technical roles. 

It's not just having the self-confidence motivation, you need a community around you that understands your goals and understands the mindset you need to get to those goals. If you surround yourself with the right people, your team will be unstoppable
