Brian sits down with friend and high school Cross Country coach Mike Buslepp. The two discuss coaching high school runners, Romeo High School's success as a cross country program, building culture and tradition, and the impact coaching can have on the lives of the student-athletes.

Brian breaks down the winners and losers from Week 10 in the NFL. On the positive side of things: the Saints look untouchable, the Packers get a much-needed win led by Aaron Jones and their defense, and the Mayfield/Chubb ticket could be a winner in Cleveland. As for the losers: Todd Bowles is good but he's the fall-guy, the Falcons fooled us all, same old Bengals in Cincinnati, and Dirk Koetter's got to go.

Our Friday show previews what is a sub-par slate of week 10 games in the NFL. Brian examines the NFC East and how it's all laid out for the Eagles. We also ask if Green Bay can rebound after back-to-back losses to the Rams and Patriots, and if the Falcons can climb over .500 after their 1-4 start. We wrap up with a preview of Seahawks-Rams and Archie's Picks.
