Did you know that men account for 79% of suicides? 

About 36,000 men die each year from suicides...the second leading cause of death in the U.S. among men under 45.

I'm no expert, but I'm willing to bet that most of that is because men aren't allowed to be emotional and transparent in our society. Essentially, from the time we leave diapers, men are told they're not allowed to cry anymore. It's a sign of weakness. Carry the world on your back, but never let anyone know how heavy the load is. 

As a result, we end up growing into emotionally unavailable adults, with many reverting to unhealthy habits to deal with internal demons.

In this episode, I talk to mental health coach, Nicole Harmony, who's helping men become the best versions of themselves by letting go of the pain they've had to carry alone since they were a boy.
