Do you bring a positive spark to your team? In this episode, we discuss bringing energy to a team—in sports and business.
Positive energy can bring everyone up around you. On all levels of teams, you see athletes join new teams and provide that spark. That kind of spark may be the push that team needed.
On the other end of it, having toxic individuals on your team can bring everyone down.
Can these toxic individuals handle losing? Can they fight through the tough times?
We discuss our experiences with both positive and negative people on our teams.
With the importance of energy in sports and business, we are excited to feature this story on the SportsEpreneur Podcast.

Applying the Patrick Mahomes method as a rookie in business. In this episode, we discuss the Patrick Mahomes method and taking the leap.
Learning from those around you, applying those methods, and taking the leap has proven to be a successful model for one’s career.
We see the Patrick Mahomes method as an extreme example of this playing out. Our intern followed it and it allowed him to ready himself to take the field. Our intern talks about his experience in following this method.
While there is no guaranteed path for success, the takeaway is if you can put yourself in a position to learn from the leaders around you, then apply it, and then take the leap, you give yourself an incredible opportunity.
With our love of business, sports, and stories, we are excited to feature this story on the SportsEpreneur Podcast.
