I decided to have him as the very first male guest on the podcast for a special Spotlight episode where we discussed his growing up in Zimbabwe and becoming a father at 21. By 23, he was married with two kids and a wife. He has instilled a lot of values in me and has continuously been my cheerleader, mentor and motivational coach. I wanted to sit down and pick his brains to find out what makes him tick.
