This week we’re joined by Jon and Sophie from the BLF, a social enterprise aiming to increase black representation in physics. We talked about how identifying is about more than how you look, the importance of role models and how you can’t replicate experience. There’s also nostalgia for the Encyclopedia Britannica, sea shanties and keeping it GCSE level so James can understand.
