Lomonaco is a Brooklyn-born American chef, restauranteur, author, and TV personality who is currently the Chef and Partner at Porter House Bar & Grill in The Shops at Columbus Circle. He has also worked at many favorable New York institutions including Le Cirque, 21 Club, and Windows on the World, the restaurant located atop the World Trade Center's North Tower.
