We all know that person that seems to drain the life out of a room as soon as they enter. Everything seems great until their infectious attitude impedes on your personal space.
It’s enough to derail your entire day if you let it. One thing leads to another and before you know it, you and “Negative Nancy” are on a rant fest for the ages.
You know what they say… “Misery loves company.”
But wait… What if you chose not to entertain such negativity in your life? imagine for a second you instead filtered out the negative people, messages, and posts that try to come into your life? How would things be then?
It’s called intentional living and trust me, it’s something that you should definitely work on doing!
Andrej Suttles and I sat down to discuss the three steps we can all take in order to live intentionally and practice positivity in our everyday life. With a more positive outlook on things you can enjoy more happiness and fulfillment across the board.
But you have to make the decision to do so!
The steps are easily said but often times hard to fully implement.
* Avoid Negativity (Non-negotiable) * Choose Positivity (See The Glass Half Full)* Spread The Love (Give Compliments or Simply Smile at Strangers)
The three steps above are the perfect way you can start practicing positivity and begin changing your mindset and your surroundings when it comes to how you see the world.
