It's weird to see how something I recorded at the beginning of the year has totally changed now with the whole COVID-19 crisis that is going on. I decided to share it with you anyways, as I think it's both frustrating but also beautiful to realize that we don't always control everything around us. The only thing we can do is focus on our visions and actions right now.

Welcome to the very first episode of Community Hangouts! We invited Tiago Meireles to talk about the fun parts of making music, but also the struggles that you can encounter as an evolving (DIY) artist in the music industry these days. We were very curious about how he handles problems with starting a project or missing motivation. Besides that, he has some valuable tips on promoting your music!  

In the Community Hangouts Sessions series, we will be having chats and sit-downs with our Private Community Members. We all know the beautiful Instagram pages and the sharing of awesome new tracks, but what is behind the scenes? What do artists struggle with and how can we all learn from that? We love to see artists open up and be honest about how they handle periods of mental struggles and demotivation, but of course, we'd also love to hear the best music marketing tricks they got to share.
