With the longer days, I've definitely been feeling the spring vibes. But, I understand first-hand how hard it can be to take care of your space if you're struggling with your mental health or your just in a bit of a low vibe season. So I'm sharing some realistic, practical advice to help you out.

I share some tips to clean and manage your space. Your space should be your sanctuary. It should be somewhere you feel safe & comfortable. Your space should reflect the high vibes you want to emulate in your day to day life.

Taking care of your physical space will actually give you more mental space to focus or get creative because you aren't distracted by the pile of laundry or dirty dishes.
