The first step in your Spring-Cleaning Strategies for Your Life is creating a plan that works for you. Map out a timeline and set actionable goals that flows throughout the year so that you can mark progress towards and when you have achieved them. Break down ambitious long-term goals into smaller, achievable steps —this will help keep you motivated and prevent burnout or frustration.
