Spring 2024 Marathons - You're in the London Marathon Ballot - What's Next?

Thursday 6th July was known as international refresh your email day, aka the London Marathon ballot results day. Congratulations if you were successful in the ballot, we hope you’re excited about the prospect ahead. Well done if you're also commited to another marathon in Spring 2024 instead, such as Manchester, Brighton or Edinburgh.   In line with the ballot results coming out, this weeks episode is on what to do next if you have a place for a spring race next year. April 2024 is quite a way away yet so although you want to start thinking about marathon training, it’s also a bit soon to go into a full training plan just yet.
