With the sunshine back and the days getting longer, I’ve felt such a shift in my mood, energy, and routine. I’m talking about getting outside more, starting to run (something I never thought I could do), and how I’ve been dialing in my sleep and finding what actually works best for my body.

I’m also sharing what this past weekend looked like full of birthday parties, family time after church, and enjoying life without spiraling or feeling like I’ve fallen off track.
