Alexander the Great started conquering countries as an18-year old young, brave man. Mary Shelley got her classic novel “Frankenstein” published when she was only 20. Mark Zuckerberg launched Facebook at the age of 19 in 2004, while David Karp introduced Tumblr when he was only 21 years old. But one is never too young as well to be considered a nuisance in the society, and worst, be named as “one of  the youngest serial killers in American history” at 21 years old. Such was the unfortunate destiny of Arizona native William Inmon who, in 2009, confessed to murdering three persons in a span of 3 years.
