For part 1 of our series "The Dwelling Place of God" we look at a very important question: What is a church?

Ephesians 2:17-22

Having looked at the mercy economy created by Jesus in (Matthew 18) last week, this week we go back to the Old Testament and see exactly what God wants from His people. 

Today we look at what happens when we are forgiven an incalculable debt, and how we can apply the mercy of God toward us in our relationships with one another. 

Today we talk about Justification, Adoption, and Sanctification, and how God deals with our fear, shame, and guilt more thoroughly than all our efforts ever could. 

Having looked at how the Covenant of Grace deals with our sin in Jesus Christ, we turn our attention to seeing what the sinner does in response to God's Good News. 

We walk through Genesis 3:14-19, and then look at the four bandages which we try to use to fix what's broken by the fall. 

I want us to get a little more fluent in the Gospel. Today, we look at the bad news of sin and the fall of man.
