Psalm 105:16-24
So God decreed a famine upon Canaan land, cutting off their food supply. But he had already sent a man ahead of his people to Egypt; it was Joseph, who was sold as a slave. His feet were bruised by strong shackles and his soul was held by iron.
God’s promise to Joseph purged his character until it was time for his dreams to come true. Eventually, the king of Egypt sent for him, setting him free at last. Then Joseph was put in charge of everything under the king; he became the master of the palace
over all of the royal possessions.
Pharaoh gave him authority over all the princes of the land, and Joseph became the teacher of wisdom to the king’s advisors. Then Jacob, with all of Joseph’s family, came from Canaan to Egypt and settled in Goshen. God made them very fruitful, and they multiplied incredibly until they were greater in number than those who ruled them.

The Forerunner Principle
Before God does anything in His unfolding plan, He first prepares a person or people to partner with Him in that Prophetic Purpose.

Law Includes; •A defined code •A required response; and •A Consequences if broken.   ROMANS 7:13 (EMPHASIS MINE)   “Did that which is good, then, become death to me? By no means! Nevertheless, in order that sin might be recognized as sin, it used what is good to bring about my death, so that through the commandment sin might become utterly sinful”.   COLOSSIANS 2:23   There is indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting rigor of devotion and self-abasement and severity to the body, but they are of no value in checking the indulgence of the flesh

Free Indeed - Part 1

John 8:31-36

 So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”  They answered him, “We are offspring of Abraham and have never been enslaved to anyone. How is it that you say, ‘You will become free’?” 

Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who practices sin is a slave to sin.  The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever.  So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

 Psalm 34:3

Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!

 

II Corinthians 3:16-18

But when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed.  Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.  And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit!

Matthew 5:13-16

You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet.  You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.  Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.  In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

Psalm 127:3-5

Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD,
the fruit of the womb a reward.
