During His earthly ministry, Jesus preached the gospel of the Kingdom over and over. And though He was questioned for almost everything He said and did, Jesus wasn't questioned as to why His message was one of a Kingdom. The reason????? The Jews had a Kingdom mindset. They understood that God is King of the Universe and His desire has always been to have a Kingdom made of a place and a people to share it with.
