Conditional obedience is a dangerous thing. Just like touching something dirty with clean hands doesn’t clean the dirty thing, sin can often spread faster than obedience and holiness. God wants our obedience because he wants our hearts. He’ll go to great lengths to walk in right relationship with us.

Comparisons and lack of progress lead to discouragement. It’s easy to feel like you’re doing the impossible all by yourself. We need to remember that we don’t have to be discouraged, because we’re never alone. God is with us, living inside us, helping us achieve the things He has called us to no matter the opposition.

Do you feel like you’re not where you thought you’d be in life by now? You might do a lot of fun things and have a lot of nice stuff, but you still don’t feel like it’s enough. Is there something that God has put on your heart to do and you don’t know how to do it so you never tried? What’s the unfinished business in your life?

We've all had those moments of feeling spiritually dead. We’ve just felt like something was missing or wrong deep down inside us. The truth is, we have all lost something and often feel like it. Jesus is our redeemer. Jesus provides redemption for eternity, but also for our life on earth.

Being free isn't just being able to do anything we want. Instead, the freedom that Jesus offers us involves a relationship of freedom. How do we live out that freedom in our daily lives? We live it out by further understanding who we are in Christ.

What does it mean to be full? Unlike the food we eat that leaves us desiring more just hours later, Jesus fills us for life. Being fully satisfied in Christ not only changes our eternity, but it changes our everyday.

How sad would it be if you spent your whole life going to church but never experienced Jesus? Does spiritual sight come in stages? A lot of us may see God at work, but we don’t really see Him as clearly as we think we do.
