    LYRICS:
    Verse 1:
Give me just a chance to say why
    all I did tonight
    was for you and I
    oh baby come by
And I'll be running in the streets
    calling out your name
    oh where are you now?
And I'll be standing here alone
    talking to the rain
    oh where are you now?
    Bridge (x2):
    I keep on calling out
    where are you now
    where are you oh
    where are you now
    Verse 2:
Say what you want about me
    say what you like
    it doesn't matter lately
    cause we're living a lie
And all the love is gone
    love is gone my baby
and all the love is gone
    love is gone my baby
    where are you oh
    where are you now
    Bridge (x2):
    I keep on calling out
    where are you now
    where are you oh
    where are you now

I figured it was time to make a modern rendition of my old track Lightning. The VIP mix features some new added elements while staying true to the original. I hope you have as much fun listening to it, as I had making it! :)

Oxygen is a smooth Electronic track, which blends multiple elements and styles to create a comprehensive and nice song.
I thought that it would be about time to remix one of my classic tunes. I wanted to bring the track Oxygen, I made a year ago, to a whole new level while still keeping it recognizable.
Everything in this song is made using stock FL Studio plugins and stock FL Studio samples. Except for the vocals and the guitar in the verse. I kept it very basic in terms of plugin usage because it is always nice to see, what can be achieved with just your DAW and the stuff it comes with.
    I hope you like it!

    Lyrics:
    Verse (x2):
Embrace the cold as the night gets old
    Await here for another day
    Take me away
    I need somewhere to breathe
    Let go and release
    Bridge (x2):
    I’m losing oxygen
I’m struggling to stay afloat with you
    Chorus (x2):
Stay with me, through thick or thin
Take the chance, I know we’ll win
See the cracks in my white lies
Chip away, show my fault line

    Lyrics:
Oh I can't escape your eyes
Oh I can’t escape your smile
Calling out to me in my mind
Calling out in the quiet times
I hear you in the wind
    Always you're in my dreams
    Come find yourself in me
    Looking out from the inside
    I find myself in you
    Looking out from the inside
Oh I can hear your voice
Oh I can feel your touch
You reach your hand to me
I reach my hand to you
I hear you in the wind
    Always you're in my dreams
    Come find yourself in me
    Looking out from the inside
    I find myself in you
    Looking out from the inside
Take me up to where you are
I want to be with the stars
Take me up to where you are
I'm at home here with the stars
    With the stars
I'm at home here with the stars
    With the stars
I'm at home here with the stars

  • Oxygen (feat. Tevlo) [license: creative commons]
This is a track I started as a challenge of what I  could produce only using stock plugins and samples. Everything you hear, except for the vocal, is something that FL Studio can do "out of the box". It's a really fun challenge and it turned out quite well in my opinion. Have fun listening to the track :)
The flp is available in the Image-Line forum:
