Tonight Stacey and Michelle welcome Tennessee Wraith Chaser's Scott Porter, of Ghost Asylum and Haunted Towns.

In the summer of 1975 a hard headed, determined, analytical little boy was born to a deeply religious family in Gallatin, Tennessee.  Molded by a strict Missionary Baptist mother and father who made certain that Scott would use his brain to make a living and not his back, this member of the team spent eight years of his life dedicated to higher education prior to entering the corporate world. Scott experienced an unexplainable event that occurred one morning as Scott awoke to the smell of breakfast filling his boyhood home.  As Scott walked down the hall he noticed his mother wearing an unfamiliar pink robe while preparing breakfast at the stove.  After a quick splash of water on his face in the hallway bathroom he started to the kitchen and quickly noticed that the smell of breakfast had vanished from the air and his mother was nowhere to be found.  Once he thoroughly searched the house he picked up the phone and called his dad only to discover that both his mother and father had left the house much earlier that morning without ever having prepared breakfast. Scott now studies other strange occurrences like his and looks to historical record and The Bible for answers. He now hopes to help others that have had paranormal experiences by finding evidence that will substantiate what they have experienced, be it natural or supernatural.  Scott brings an extremely analytical mind to the team and quite often plays the devil's advocate when studying evidence. His biggest fear is an altercation with a physically violent apparition or an entity that desires to do harm to him or others.

Tonight Michelle and Stacey talk with Wes Forsythe, Paranormal Investigator and Host of ScareFest Radio.

Not only is Wes Forsythe known for being the voice of ScareFest Radio, but he is also an accomplished Paranormal Investigator.

Wes got his start in the paranormal field investigating the Rohs Opera House in his home town, Cynthiana. In the midst of collecting technical data and audio and video evidence at that location he experimented with dowsing rods and discovered that he was able to create a strong connection to the spirit world with them.

As he researched the phenomena he was encountering, he started attracting the attention of psychics that told him he had certain "gifts" that he has only begun to explore. These revelations sparked a strong interest in the spiritual side of the field that he strives to balance with his technical knowledge.

Being obsessed with the paranormal, genealogy Shannon Bradley Byers threw herself into the research.  Finding that there was a lot (and by a lot, as in most of the stories surrounding haunting’s was made up) she decided to find the truth behind these haunted places. Scouring libraries, newspaper archives, she brings out the real story behind the truth. Along with her husband David  she continues to pursue the truth. She is a genealogist and historian with over 35 years of experience, who frequently helps others with their family research and has worked with multiple historical societies transcribing old documents, research, and grave dowsing. Her first book, “How NOT to be a Ghost Hunter.” was published in 2016 and her second, Paranormal Fakelore, Nevermore: Real Histories of Haunted Locations was published in 2017.

Shannon & David joined forces in 2003 and combined two lifetimes of experience in searching for the paranormal. They established Timeless Paranormal in 2013 so that they might have a presence in the paranormal world and gain access to historical locations. Their research and investigation ethics have opened doors and allowed them access to places the public rarely gets to see

Tonight Stacey and Michelle talk with veteran paranormal researchers Anthony & Deena Holmes.

Anthony at the age of 9, had his first paranormal experience. Since childhoodhe has always been interested in the paranormal and being raised around paranormal activity which has lead him to take classes on Near-Death Experience, Ghosts, Poltergeist, Restless Spirits, Exorcism and UFO Research. The paranormal to him is just a part of who we are. Anthony really enjoys working with other paranormal investigators to help give the clients the answers they need. This need of helping others has driven him to further his studies in the paranormal because there is so much to learn and a lot to see.

Deena is a certified surgical dental assistant. She has always been interested in the paranormal and anything unexplained. Anthony introduced her to the investigation side of the paranormal and she has enjoyed all aspects involved. Her favorite part of wha tthey do is being able to help their clients with their paranormal needs. She really enjoys conducting deed research and historical data collecting as she feels this aspect can help paint a picture of an establishment's sorted past. This is also the backbone of their investigation, because without having the history of a location, they are doing a client a disservice.

Their website is www.divineresearch.org
