Inspired by the matrix

I still struggling with my ego, and pride so I am really talking out loud here. I am still trying to grow, and be mindful of my thoughts and actions. Even through I have grown in many areas, I still have a tremendous long way to go. Not always right, but I am always honest with myself when I am wrong. Balance is key and that why I am trying to master it.

I have many discernment techniques I wanted to start with this one. If they disrespect the EARTH, be careful.

In this short episode, I am telling you about the dangers of vulnerability, and having a giving nurture in a toxic community. This is dedicated to all black women that are truth tellers in the black community. Shout out to Amanda Seales for being one of my inspirations.
