The boys get together one last time (via FaceTime) to breakdown what we were given for a finale to the season (thanks COVID-19). A total of 4 games including an MRU win out in PEI. They share their thoughts of what was and could have been to wrap up Season.
It's the second last episode of the season and it's a big one! The boys have both men's and women's USports Cup previews as they go in depth on how they think the tournaments are going to play out. Cougars men's captain Tyson Helgesen joins the podcast to discuss his path to the MRU Cougars and the disappointing early playoff exit.
The boys went on a road trip up to Edmonton to take in the Women's CanadaWest Finals between MRU and Alberta. They collected an interview with Alberta Equipment Manager AJ Murley and talk about how he got to where he is, firefighting, and the Pandas team. The boys also breakdown the finals, what went well and what needs to be improved for Nationals.
The women are off to the CanadaWest Finals and qualified for the USports National Championship! The band is back together as Scotty returned from his vacay. The boys breakdown the past weekend as the women took on the Calgary Dinos in the CanadaWest Semi-Finals. They also were joined by Cougar's captain Daria O'Neill and discussed this playoff run and growing up in hockey. The guys recap the men's side of the playoffs and set up this weekend's banner hunt as the women's season continues in Edmonton against the Alberta Pandas for the CanadaWest Championship!
On Episode 14, Keegs and Stu caught up with Jayden Thorpe and Tatum Amy of MRU's women's hockey team to discuss the program's first ever U-Sports playoff series win and what it was like playing at home in the postseason! They also broke down the highs and lows of what was an emotional finish in the men's first round.
It's the end of the CanadaWest regular season, so the boys break down the final weekend of action before setting up the playoffs this coming weekend. History was made for both Cougars teams this season and both will be hosting home playoffs. The boys are live from the rink and were joined by Jesse Lees from the men's hockey team. He discusses growing up in Calgary, his junior career (including the trade from out of nowhere), and playing here at MRU.
The Crowchild Classic has come and gone, the women were the headliners with the late game this year. Goaltenders for the women's team, Kaitlyn Ross and Cassie Shokar, join the show to talk about the Classic, coming to MRU, and their stellar rookie campaigns. The boys breakdown the Crowchild Classic and the Friday night rematch against the Calgary Dinos . They also look ahead to the final weekend of the regular season against the UBC Thunderbirds.

The men were at home looking for a bounce back weekend after Alberta. They also take their usual look around the CanadaWest league. It was a tough weekend to be Keegan's car and Scotty's producing abilities, stories included.
