“The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.” – Vincent Lombardi.
Between 2019 and 2020 we lived a very radical change, the majority started 2020 with great opportunities. However, it was a year where most of us lived a process of personal and work reset, where many people had the need to take an important step, which previously they had not dared to take. Derived from the pandemic, we have seen structures fall, modification in the organizational pyramids of companies, massive layoffs, human and economic losses, and endless situations that new generations have forced us to leave our comfort zone and seek our own opportunities.
In this chapter we interview Serge Autrique, a man who decided to shine with his own light and build his own path.
