Canon Dr. Les Martin-, a friend and supporter of the Anglican Diocese of Jos, Nigeria for 15 years, has now moved there permanently. Les is Rector at St Pirans Anglican Church, a research assistant to the Archbishop for his many books, and a professor of Anglican Studies at the local seminary.

Les challenges us to stop merely wanting to "see" Jesus and to begin to follow him. The message is based on John 12:20-33. In order for seeds to live, they must be placed in the ground and die. Left on the shelf, they produce nothing. This is why Les calls us, as seeds, to daily crucifixion of the ego, the false self in order to live our life in Christ.
