St. Andrew's Spotlight | Ep. 2 – Bruce & Priscilla Long, Susan Paynter, Joy Bower: Nourish KC Volunteers

Nourish KC's Food Rescue Program provides healthy, nutritious food to The Kansas City Community Kitchen and neighborhood pantries throughout the greater Kansas City area for distribution to under-resourced families. The program has rescued over 360,000 pounds of perfectly fresh, useable food from being wasted last year alone. Nourish KC also leverages its kitchen facilities to host the Culinary Training Program, which focuses on helping older foster youth gain valuable life and job skills to prepare them for aging out-of-state care.
