Father Matkin tells the unbelievable story of a mystic nurse, a bleeding statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the Episcopalian pope of Eddystone, Pennsylvania. In 1977, Father Chester Olszewski, the Rector of St Luke's Episcopal Church got himself ordained an Old Catholic bishop and proclaimed himself the Vicar of Christ, and ultimately Pope Peter II, or Petrus Romanus, the end-of-days pope prophesied by St Malachy. Needless to say, this did not sit well with the Episcopal bishop of Pennsylvania.
