Winter weather has arrived and roads are starting to become slick in areas. Republican Congresswoman Ann Wagner says she plans to seek re-election. Energizer, long based in west St. Louis County, is moving its headquarters east, to downtown Clayton. Signage is going up along north county's radioactive Coldwater Creek, but don't call them "warning" signs. The Army Corps of Engineers prefers the term "informational."

The Cardinals make a trade.  The St. Louis City Department of Health is now recommending masking indoors for all City employees.  That has been downgraded from a mandate when it was originally issued. The first candidate to replace Blane Luetkemeyer has thrown her hat in the ring. St. Louis police now say they do have the detailed, geographic data about where crimes take place and can again release it publicly. The St. Louis Board of Alderman has received hundreds of ideas for how to spend Rams settlement money.  Downtown could see more commercial space renovated into residential. Developers who wish to renovate the OYO Hotel have not had any communication with the local hospitality Union to reach an agreement.

St. Louis should phase out it's 1% earnings tax is the finding of a House Special Committee. There's a new President of the St. Louis branch of the Federal Reserve, which sets the country's monetary policy, including interest rates.
