Being Reborn is different for everyone. Awareness that we need to grow up in the faith and grow in our faith for the rest of our lives.

When faced with temptation we should actively resist, ground yourself in scripture and believe that God will calm your fears.

On this transfiguration Sunday, we look at the final installment of the "Spiritual Effective Disorder" series. As we go through the lows of our lives, Jesus reminds us to get up and don't be afraid, because he is with us and will protect us.

The more we carry, the harder it is for is to move around. Letting go of regrets, second guesses, fears, not forgiving others, and our sins will set us free. God wants us to trust in him to help us carry our burdens.

There is a place for humor in our church. Laughter is a spiritual discipline, a form of worship. It has an impact on us physically, mentally, and in our relationships. Laughter is vital to our lives as believers. Humor and silliness are gifts to help us navigate through life.

Music helps us connect to our emotions and other people. Singing is pleasing to the Lord, whether on tune or not, He loves to hear from you. Our worship gives attention to God.

Hope is the assurance that all will be well with God's presence.

What dreams has God has placed in our hearts? We need to have faith in those dreams.
