Jesus did not want us to sell everything off and give it all to the poor. He wanted us to sell off to be able to help the poor, but not become one of them. Only love can make a man gain his full potential.

House is a place to store stuff. Stuff needs to be given away. Be on guard re: greed and don't be anxious about your stuff. Need to be rich toward God.

Prayer is conversation with God. A time to talk to God. The 4 P's of Prayer. 1) Petition 2) Pattern 3) Persistence 4) Promises.

When we are worried, distracted, & resentful, we tend to react. We need to be intentional. Remembering to take a deep breath and to take time to listen, not just do.

The Youth provide the Sermon this morning as they share what they learned and how they experienced God while serving in Maine

God sent His disciples out in pairs for protection and to bear witness. We are together in this mission to support one another as the harvest is plentiful.
