At 11:00am on Sunday we celebrated a joyful Baptism. Welcoming a new Christian into the Church is a great time to remember why we are Christians and give thanks for our own Baptisms. So what is it that makes Christians 'Christian' after all?

One simple question...

What man-made traditions are we relying on to find peace and help in times of need? God has sent His Son to reveal the Word of God and give us a new way to live, one which gives real peace and real help. Let us hold fast to the Faith and leave behind that which doesn't save.

Many who heard Jesus teach that the only way they could gain Eternal Life is by eating His flesh and drinking His blood chose to walk away. How will we hear this teaching today?
