In session 4 John spoke about the significance of intentional encouragement, using words as a powerful tool to uplift and transform lives, fostering a sense of unity and support within communities.

In session 3 John spoke about not waiting for the perfect time or ideal circumstances to serve and how blessings can come from giving and serving.

In session 2 John spoke about recognising the Holy Spirit’s presence not just in formal sessions but also in the ordinary moments of life. He discussed how the power of singing is a declaration of faith, and the importance of praising God even in the challenging times of life.

In session 1 John spoke about the tension in the time between God's promises and the process towards their fulfilment, and emphasised the need to trust in the midst of uncertainty and to recognize that the process is part of the promise.
