So often we speak of the saints in terms of past accomplishments or future hope, but if we take seriously the grace of God, the focus should be on the here and now. We are all saints; at Christ's table we eat with the saints of all times.

We celebrate the very Lutheran festival of Reformation and are reminded that neither sin nor grace are uniquely Lutheran. We must remember that God’s grace is a gift that repairs all broken relationships.
