Teddy Skiadiotis has created a haven for those with celiac disease and gluten-free lifestyles! The love and passion he has for providing quality food clearly comes through when you visit Craft and I think it comes through in this podcast interview also.  You will get to hear his story and why he's so passionate about providing a place for people to eat safely.
