This term we will be focusing on and discovering more about the Good News at the heart of the Christian Faith.

Apparently, Robert Louis Stevenson once entered into his diary, as if recording an extraordinary phenomenon, 'I have been to church today, and am not depressed'.

What happened to the good news? The Bible talks about how Jesus came proclaiming the Good News of the Kingdom of God. Christians for over 2000 years have spoken about how Christianity is good news. What is the good news and how can we live it and share it?

As we journey towards Easter this year our morning reflections will focus on our posture this Holy Week. Social Studies observe that over 70% of all our communication is nonverbal and our posture plays a significant part in what we communicate on a day to day basis. Does our posture matter? What is our posture like towards God, each other and the world this Easter? What do we see in the Easter account? What can we discover?
