Mr. Stacey Petersen has gained national recognition for his leadership in the addiction recovery and homeless serving sectors. He is a person in long term recovery, celebrating 34 years in October of 2021. That same month, after 17.5 years as the Executive Director of Fresh Start Recovery Centre in Calgary, Mr. Petersen joined Cedars at Cobble Hill as their Chief Executive Officer. He is excited about working with such an amazing group of individuals at Cedars. He is committed to building a strong recovery culture in order to better serve those who desire recovery and a better way to live.

Stacey is happily married with seven children, he moved to Vancouver Island after 52 years in Calgary embracing the next adventure for him and his family. Stacey believes in servant leadership and knows that the times in our lives we feel the best is when we are not thinking about ourselves.
