In the first couple months of the UNLimited WORTH podcast, my guests and I were finding our way with the flow and feel of important conversations with men, the childhood trauma that shaped them and lessons they learned through healing themselves and in some cases, others who sought treatment from them.
I pulled four of these amazing men together for candid panel discussion about:
… what it means to be a man today,
… how and why we avoid disclosing our weaknesses at all costs
… the damage caused by our adherence to that patriarchal construct… and
… how amazing it is on “the other side” of healing.
Finally, we talked about what male leaders can do to guide and help others as they navigate their struggles or challenges with mental wellness and trauma.
Thank you Stacey Peterson, Dan Holinda, Rick Lybarger and Robert Grigore for sharing your time and space with me to normalize the narrative so others can benefit.
Yes, there was laughter!
