The Tokyo Olympics features some young track athletes who will be in their first Olympics like Gabby Thomas, Trayvon Brommell , and the 17 Year old phenom, Erriyon Knighton. This may be Allyson Felix, who is the most decorated female track athlete ever, last Olympic. She will compete in the 400m.

The U.S. have a chance to sweep in the women's 400M Hurdles to win Gold, Silver, and Bronze. In this episode, I will introduce to you our Women's 400M Team.

In today's show, I will cover the Olympics 800M. Our two U.S representatives are Clayton Murphy, who earned a bronze in the 2016 Olympics and Issaiah Jewett, who is the 2021 U.S. Collegiate Champion.

Murphy can be our first Olympian to win a gold since 1972.

On today's show we invite one of our favorite fans on the show to talk Steelers Football. My co-host, The H-Man, is also a Steelers Fan. I was surrounded by Steeler Fans. We talk about the state of Steelers. We also talk about other topics.

On today's show we interview another local heroe by the name of Coach Ronnie Gueringer.

If you grew up in Inglewood, California and in the IE in the late 90s and today, you know who he is. He is CIF Championship coached and has helped many players make it to the next level or become businessmen, college and high school coaches. He also has a former a player who became a police chief. Without him, these men man not have become what they have become.

In today's show, we share our favorite UCLA-USC Game moments. What is your favorite moment?

No one remembers the guy who finishes second place. This quote is prevalent in this 2020 baseball playoffs. Through time, we will forget about Rays and Braves. Both teams were great opponents and the Dodgers fought hard to beat both teams. For example, the Dodgers were down 3-1 in their series vs the Braves. Imagine if Will Smith did not hit the 3 run homer in game 5 vs the Braves. The Dodgers would have been eliminated because they were down by 2 runs in the 6th inning.

As a side note, you will notice in the video that I am wearing a Rays World Series Champs T-Shirt. It was a gag purchase. In all of the major sports especially when the series are close, shirts are made for the losing team also in case they would have won. These shirts are sent to foreign countries and I bought mine on Ebay.

In today's show I talk the College Football Season. This is my first post of the season. I have mixed feeling but thank GOD it's back. The season is wacky. For example, Ohio State starts the season 1/3 in and is ranked #4 without playing a game while some teams like BYU and Cincinnati have been playing since September barely crack the top and undefeated. DO WE NEED POLLS THIS SEASON?
