Harry Gagnon and Pam Maldonado put together their contest card for Week 5 of college football, seven ATS picks. The duo has had back-to-back 4-3 weeks and needs a big week to jump into contention. Games discussed include Ohio State at Rutgers, Oklahoma at Kansas State, and Cincinnati at Notre Dame.
