  • The Champions League is alriiiight

    Another brilliant week of Champions League, so Musa and Ryan look back over Manchester City's win in Madrid and the brilliance of Kevin De Bruyne. They heap praise on Bayern and the incredible turn around by Hansi Flick, Napoli causing Barcelona trouble and Lyon beating Juventus. There's also talk about Sarri, Zidane, the problems for Barça and Real Madrid ahead of this weekend's Clásico, plus which players' careers would have been different had they encountered a different coach, before playing out with Stereolab.

  • New school beats the old

    After an exciting Premier League, Musa and Ryan focus on Chelsea beating Spurs, Arsenal beating Everton and a good win for Manchester United. They then go to the Bundesliga, with important wins for Bayern, Leipzig and Dortmund in the title race.   • Oh, how the Champions League is back

    The Champions League returned this week, so Musa and Ryan record an extra episode to talk about the first four games of the round of 16.   • What next?

    Musa and Ryan have a lot to tackle this week and begin with the racist abuse directed at Porto's Moussa Marega and how the response differed to another involving Würzburger Kickers' Leroy Kwadwo on Friday night. They then move on to the fall out of Manchester City's Champions League ban and fine for deceiving UEFA on FFP regulations and what happens next with super clubs and the notion of a European Super League. After a heavy first half, they move on to more positive stuff, with a round-up of key games around Europe, Musa talking tactics with Jill Ellis, our new weekly feature with FotMob and the final few days to buy Stadio T-shirts.

    After storms cancelled a number of games across Europe, Musa and Ryan discuss Bayern's draw with Leipzig and Dortmund's defeat to Leverkusen.     This week, Musa and Ryan take a punt and suggest Liverpool may just be this year's Premier League champions, Everton's come back and not the best games for Arsenal and Manchester United.   • Icons and grief

    After the tragic death of Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna and seven others in a helicopter crash, Musa and Ryan discuss the relationships we have with sporting icons, how their deaths can trigger or resurface personal grief as well as be difficult to navigate for many. In the second half, they move onto the football, including Serie A, Bundesliga, La Liga and FA Cup. Ryan fires a catfish accusation at Musa, and they play out on a gem from Talk Talk.
