It has been a tough year, we've had many ups and downs and have come across so many challenges that we're pleased to say we've overcome and learned from.

But we're going to holding a short summer break whilst we recoup and begin to implement some ideas that we've had into action.

She shares the compelling story of the first time she set foot within the doors of the company when the bad mood she was in just fell off, leaving her feeling calm and motivated.
