At nearly the same time, the CDC’s Robert Redfield in Senate testimony where he floated the possibility that “a vaccine might be 70% effective in inducing immunity, but said, "I might even go so far as to say that this face mask is more guaranteed to protect me against COVID than when I take a COVID vaccine!“ Not wanting to take any of that from Redfield the President retorted, “A vaccine is much more effective than the mask!” What is to be made of this?

The CDC sent all 50 states a “playbook” for distribution of a vaccine to all Americans free of cost with indications of a two-phase vaccination needing to be given and that it will need to be refrigerated in the process. Is this a mandated state implemented process, but Federal government promoted? What’s the truth about what’s happening here?
