A severe grace. That’s what Pastor Jamie Mitchell called God’s discipline in his life when he stepped down from ministry due to a moral failure.
As we’re going to hear in the second part of this two-part interview, Pastor Jamie found God’s discipline was proof of God’s great love and forgiveness through a period of repentance and restoration he personally experienced where he is looking for opportunities to help the body of Christ and so many churches and pastors in need.
The Mitchell's story is sadly familiar to many families in leadership who’ve gone through similar circumstances and found themselves struggling to survive amidst the loneliness and despair at the sudden loss of livelihood, friendships, and a social circle where they were respected and appreciated.
Please join us for part two of this Stand in the Gap Weekend program titled: Challenges Pastors Face: A Story of Repentance and Restoration.

It seems many of the pulpits in American have gone nearly silent on preaching or teaching what God says about the sacredness of God’s design for male-female sexuality and husband-wife marriage. Leading to nearly nothing being said about how the LGBTQ movement is classified as sin by God and unacceptable. Why are may of the pulpits being silent on this issue? What is the answer?
What is the LGBTQ strategy within the Church and the pulpits of America?
What is the agenda and goals of the LGBTQ movement?
Why is it imperative that pastors, the church, and all Americans generally be concerned about the LGBTQ agenda?
