In this episode you will learn one of my favorite ways to read the scriptures, Lectio Divina. Lectio Divina has 6 steps:

1. Opening-Pray for guidance from the Holy Spirit while reading the scriptures

2. Lectio- 1st time reading-"Cold Read"

3. Meditatio-2nd time reading-What words or phrases stand out to you?

4. Oratio-3rd time reading-Which words or phrases are significant to my life right now?

5. Contemplatio-4th time reading-What is God asking me after reading these scriptures? Am I being called to do something?

6. Closing-Pray and give thanks to God for the time you have spent together.

This week's challenge is to open up your Bible, find your favorite verses and do some Lectio Divina. God has written such beautiful love letters to me and you, now go and found out what He is telling you today!
