Well, the farming practices in Italy are vastly different than the farming practices in the United States when it comes to wheat products, and the reason being is that it doesn’t contain all of the toxins that the foods here in America contain.

Clean eating has become a buzzword these days—but part of Tammi’s underlying mission is to make sure that its importance doesn’t get lost in the noise.

As Tammi explains, Clean eating can be different for every body. Everyone has different dietary needs, beliefs, and cultural backgrounds, and all of those things fit into the makeup of the food that we eat. When Tammi talks about clean eating, she means taking a look at universal things we consider unnecessary (like toxins), as well as foods that might be allergens or inflammatory for you. Eliminating those things from your diet can help you live a healthier and happier life. And helping people get healthy and happy? That’s Tammi’s passion.

Tammi first started out as a dietician in a hospital fitness center, where she worked to provide community nutrition assistance. Somewhere along the way, her work sparked an idea: there’s a need for dietary assistance in the public, plus an opportunity in the business world. On the podcast, Tammi talks about all the reasons why she eventually left full-time work, went off on her own, and never looked back.

According to Jen, this lack of sound financial support can feel pretty widespread, and even hardcore savers have trouble making their money do what they want it to. For most of us, our money controls us, instead of the other way around. Throughout her years in the finance industry, Jen’s found that we all have bizarre psychological hang-ups that go along with our money, which makes it hard to ensure that we’re treating our money like a tool.

That’s why Jen has such a strong passion when it comes to women and money. Dollar Divas may have started out primarily as a coaching role, but it snowballed into much more once Jen began learning how women handle money in business. Now, she helps them find smarter strategies to handle their money in more intuitive ways—and her tips are definitely worth a listen!

And as Danielle explains in the episode, she quickly learned that the universe didn’t owe her anything: starting her own business after her mother’s passing was just as hard as it might have been otherwise.

Still, Danielle worked hard on her own passions, understanding how to get rid of limiting beliefs that held her back from her goal. After a lot of hard work, she began to own her strengths and vision, coming into her own authentic self—and that’s exactly what she strives to do now for her clients.

Today, Danielle works with Millenials to bring them into what she calls You 2.0 helping them thrive by stepping into who they truly are.
