Dean Beck speaks with Kate power about her new book My Underpants RULE! which teaches children a golden rule to empower and protect them if they find themselves in an uncomfortable situation. After starting a family of her own, and after being a police officer for almost two decades, Kate felt compelled to take action to not only to protect her own children, but to empower all children to protect themselves from the perpetrators of child sexual abuse.
