This one is in memory of a dear friend of mine who just passed away this week, Rest In Power Winnie! The only way we can grow, teach and support each other is to support ourselves first. Finding the strength to do so isn't a task for the faint of heart but it can lead to exponential growth for anyone who takes upon the journey.
