Waiving the home inspection when buying is risky. Jim and Office Goddess Laura talk about a new program to quickly educate home buyers to help them be more knowledgeable if they put an offer on a home that waives the home inspections contingency. This class will reduce the odds that the buyer purchases larger issues than they want. The Commando Home buyer class is only $50 and that payment gets fully credited to the buyer towards a whole home inspection after they take possession of the home. Doing the whole home inspection after owning it enables the owner to get the free short term warranties that Habitation Investigation gives to clients and allows the owner to buy a home warranty that lasts 18 months for the fee of only 12 months.
